Klippel Feil syndrome is a relatively rare disorder, clinical features include short neck, low hair line, restriction of neck motion and fusion of at least two cervical segments. Avariety of miscellaneous abnormalities may clinically manifest themselves in Klippel-Feil sequence including genitourinary, auditory, cardiovascular, congenital limb deficiencies, craniosynostosis, iniencephaly, torticollis, synkinesia, craniofacial and gastrointestinal abnormalities. Clinical presentation is a wide spectrum, ranging from an asymptomatic incidental finding in adulthood, to presentation at an early age due to restricted neck movement or any one of the associated abnormalities.
