While experts agree that hemodynamically significant tricuspid regurgitation (TR) should be repaired at the time of mitral regurgitation (MR) surgery, evidence is less clear regarding patients with mild-to moderate TR and a dilated tricuspid annulus (TA). Retrospective studies suggest that the
