Parkinson's disease is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system,mainly caused by the "black mass" located in the midbrain area occurred pathologic changes in cells and reduction of dopamine synthesis,Reduces the inhibitory function to acetylcholine,the excitatory effect of acetylcholine is relatively enhanced.The imbalance between the two leading to the disease.So the clinical manifestations and treatment of Parkinson's disease in the Middle and late period in recent years are reviewed in this paper.
