Multiple extracranial carotid aneurysms in a patient of Takayasu arteritis

A 24-year-old women presented with low-grade fever and fatigue for 6 months. She noticed a pulsating swelling in her left anterior cervical region. She had absent pulses in the right upper limb and severely diminished pulses in the left upper limb. She had an elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR; 109 mm/hour) and C reactive protein.
