General Survey of Common Diseases of Married Women in Yuhuan County:Analysis of 4367 Cases

Objective To understand the incidence of common diseases in married women in the region to promote female reproductive health.Methods The survey of married women in the region was carried out and the correlation was observed between incidence and age,educational level,economy level.Results Common diseases were detected in 4367 of 2401 married women,with the incidence rate of 54.98%;Cervical and vaginal diseases were detected in 957 and 879,with the incidence rate of 21.91% and 20.13%,respectively;The highest prevalence rates were in two age groups of 30~39 and 20~29,with the incidence rates of 67.47% and 59.43%,respectively.The prevalence rate of over 40 decreased with increasing age.The prevalence rate decreased with increasing education level and economy level.Conclusion The health status of women in Yuhuan county area is not optimistic.We should pay more attention to the health of vulnerable populations,strengthen health education,and investigate women's gynecological diseases regularly.
