Research of correlation Between CCK,CCK-A acceptor and gallstone

Objective It is to approach the role of anomaldynamia in the formation of gallstone.Methods Random choice 35 cholecystolithiasis patients,25 gallbladder polypi patients and 30 normal control,determine the indexes of them,include preprandial and postprandial gallbladder's cubage,the level of CCK and the expression of CCK-R which exists in gallbladder wall.Results ①Compared with the other groups,hollow gallbladde cubage of the gallstone group increased significantly(F=3.45,P0.05).②Compared with the other groups,gallbladder contractility rate of gallstone group decreased significantly(F=5.747,P0.01).③Compared in the three groups,the level of CCK had no significant difference(F=0.654,P0.05).④Compared with gallbladder polypi group,CCK-R of gallstone group expressed imperfectly(t'=4.390,P0.05).Conclusions ①The increasing of the preprandial gallbladder's cubage has connection with the formation of gallstone.②The gallbladder contraction function has connection with gallstone formation.③CCK has no connection with the depression of gallbladder contraction function.④The decrease of CCK-R makes gallbladder contraction function weakens and facilitate the formation of gallstone.
