Cytotoxic Antibody Complicating Platelet Support in Acute Leukemia: Response to Chemotherapy

Lymphocytotoxic or thrombocytolytic antibodies were detected in 11 of 25 thrombocytopenic patients receiving repeated platelet transfusions.
