Analysis on Curative Effect of the Treatment of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia in Bronchoalveolar Lavage

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage on ventilator-associated pneumonia. Method: In our hospital 53 ICU patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia clinical data, were divided into study group and control group. 24 patients of the control group received comprehensive treatment, the study group received routine comprehensive treatment plus bronchoalveolar lavage therapy. To retrospectively analyze clinical symptoms, hospitalization time and cure rate index of the two groups. Result: The duration of fever, cough and expectoration of patients in time, hospitalization time, cure rate and mortality of the study group were superior to the control group, the difference was significant(P0.05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect is remarkable lavage for the treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia bronchoalveolar.
