Gluten Intolerance as the Problem of the 21st Century

The authors have reviewed Polish and international literature on gluten intolerance. The problems characterised in the paper are: allergy to gluten, Duhring's disease, gluten sensitivity, and celiac disease. The focus is on symptoms, diagnosing, complications and treatment basics.
