РАЗРАБОТКА КОМПЛЕКСНОГО ПОДХОДА ПО ПОДБОРУ КИСЛОТНЫХ СОСТАВОВ ДЛЯ ОБРАБОТОК ТЕРРИГЕННЫХ ПЛАСТОВ НА ПРИМЕРЕ КВАРЦА

To increase productivity of terrigenous rocks the method of acid treatments is widely used. Acid compounds are to meet such requirements as complete reactivity, dilution selectivity of undesired components, absence of secondary sludging and relatively low consumption of components. Formulation of compounds can be developed by investigation of: core samples, silica sand, silica glass. The article presents the review of publications on the development of formulations for acid compounds based on the studies of rock solubility in acid solutions (analyses in free volume) and penetration tests. According to the publications review the conclusion was drawn that the existing research procedures do not correlate with each other. The urgency is taken on by the reaction rate studies of acid solutions with silica glass and silica grains that enables to improve forecast accuracy of sandstones solubility in the researches on silica glass. The integrated procedure is proposed to investigate specifics of dissolution kinetics of principal terrigenous rock components in hydrofluoric acid-based compounds, as well as “dry acid” reagents – fluoride and biofluoride of ammonium. The procedure can be applied to analyze specifics of the reaction between acid compounds and individual minerals, as well as core samples in desintegrated form.
