Methods Choose 88 cases of fulminant hepatitis patients with depression,With reference to the American psychiatric association Mental disorders diagnostic and statistical manual (DSM-IV) Classification standard, The treatment group 88 cases, which was given GongYing Yinchen soup and intravenous drip of 10 % glucose injection 250 ml containing Hepatocyte growth-promoting factors 120 rag, once daily, 15 days for a course of treatment, Application of above methods at the same time to add with the Gongying Yinchen soup, etc. (Dandelion, radix et rhizoma rhei, radix bupleuri, herba artemisiae capillaris, glabrous greenbrier rhizome, radix isatidis, grifola, bitter ginseng). After the treatment for three courses, Peripheral blood levels of SIL-2R in all patients with severe hepatitis depression were detected,and 30 healthy blood donors were used as controls. Methods Adopt the method of ELISA for levels of SIL-2R in all patients of two groups were detected pre and post-treatment. Results Compare the blood level of SIL-2R of Each group patients with severe hepatitis and health adults, there is significant statistical significance (P < 0.05, P < 0.05). Treatment group after treatment level of serum SIL-2R significantly decreased, There was a significant difference in comparison with the pretreatment (P < 0.01). Conclusions Hepatocyte growth-promoting factors combined with Gongying Yinchen soup can influence peripheral blood SIL-2R of depression in fulminant hepatitis patients, efficacy significantly on severe hepatitis, Can enhance the body’s immune response.
