Relationship between Serum sFas, Apoptosis of PBMC and CHF, TCM Differentiation

To observe the relationship between apoptosis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC),ser-um soluble Fas(sFas) in chronic heart failure(CHF) and the degree of heart failure,the TCMdifferentiation ofCHF.Result:① Serum sFas,apoptotic rate of PBMC in CHF were greatly increased compared with healthy con-trol(P0.01).② These indexin edema of yang deficiency group were obviously higher than that of in heart-lungqi deficiency group(P0.05).③ There are negatively correlation between serum sFas,apoptotic rate of PBMCand the NewYork Association classification of heart function.Conclusion:① Classification of heart function isnegatively correlated with serumsFas and the apoptotic rate of PBMC.② SerumsFas and the apoptotic rate of PB-MC may be one of the factors which lead to different TCMdifferentiation in the patients with CHF.
