2014
Objective The Respiratory Medicine resistant infections in patients with nosocomial infection analyze the causes and to explore effective treatments and interventions. Methods The emergence of multi-drug resistant infections in patients with 57 cases of respiratory medicine at our hospital admitted nearly two years as the observation group, select the corresponding period in patients treated 57 cases of multi-drug-resistant infection does not appear as a reference group, analysis of the reasons for the observation group were drug-resistant infections. Results Two groups of age, duration of hospitalization, invasive treatments, antibiotics swap times, continuous use of antibiotics, hormones irrational use, slow disease combined, these factors result of differences observed were significantly or significantly(P 0.01 or P 0.05);the latter two groups were treated with targeted therapies symptoms disappeared. Conclusion Age,duration of hospitalization, invasive treatments, patients with chronic diseases and unreasonable antibiotics and hormones, are risk factors for drug-resistant nosocomial infection in patients with respiratory medicine, and therefore should be given during hospitalization for appropriate treatment and intervention risk factors rational use of antibiotics to prevent drug-resistant infections.
