A B S T R A C T S to controls (118.2 26.1 mg/L vs 151.7 23.2 mg/L, p 8.5 fL, homocysteine level>9.1 mmol/L, fibrinogen>331 mg/dl and uric acid>5.7 mg/dl (OR: 121, 81, 25 and 13; respectively). Conclusions: Our findings also denote the multifactorial feature of SCF syndrome, increased markers of thrombosis such as, mean platelet volume, homocysteine and fibrinogen, being more relevant.
