Particles comprising a non-conductive or semiconductive core, coated with a conductive layer hybrid and their preparation processes and their uses in electrical devices.

2003
Mixture of particles comprising a non-conductive or semiconductive core, characterized said particles because: - the cores of the particles are coated, at least partially, by a hybrid conducting coating and said particles are interconnected, at least partially, by chains hybrid conductor creating a network of electrical conductivity, - the nuclei of said particles are predominantly and preferably at least 70% by weight of at least one lithium oxide selected from the group consisting of oxides formula: * Li4Ti5O12; * Li (4-α) ZαTi5O12, where α is greater than 0 and not exceeding 0.33, Z represents a source of at least one metal; and * Li4ZβTi (5-β) O12, wherein β is greater than 0 and not exceeding 0.33, Z represents a source of at least one metal; - The driver hybrid coating comprises two different conducting forms of carbon, under particular forms, one of the forms, designated Carbon 1, a weak crystallinity carbon characterized by greater than 3.36 A d002, and being otherwise designated carbon 2, a graphite (ie a form of carbon with a high crystallinity characterized by a d 002 lower than 3.36 A, - carbon 1 covers between 50 and 90%; and - carbon 2 It consists of particles of which 10 to 50% thereof are connected together to form the network of electrical conductivity.
