Delignification Regularity of Ethanol Pulping of Reed

The delignification regularity of auto-catalytic ethanol-water pulping and H2O2-ethanol-water pulping of reed were studied and compared in this paper.The results showed that adding H2O2 into ethanol-water solution can accelerate the delignification rate,and the research of distribution of lignin in the cell wall by using SEM-EDXA indicated that in ethanol-water pulping process,the sequence of lignin removal rate follows the order of Middle Lamella+Primary wallS1 layer of secondary wallS2 layer of secondary wallS3 layer of secondary wall.When the time keeping at the maximum temperature is over 30 min,the delignification rate depresses obviously except that in the ML+P.
