Preparation of plasma-polymerized YbPc2 films and their electrochromic properties

Ytterbium diphthalocyanine polymeric films for electrochromic displays were prepared by plasma polymerization. Various films were prepared by controlling the RF power and the rate of film deposition. Such films showed electrochromic characteristics comparable with those of a vacuum deposited film.
