Progress on Pathogenic Mechanism in Japanese encephalitis virus

Japanese encephalitis virus,which is of Flaviridae,is a critical arbovirus jeopardized to people and animals.In this paper,the virulence,pathogenic molecular mechanism and the molecular biological characterization of Japanese encephalitis virus were reviewed.Further more,the emphasis was focused on the pathogenesis which is a complicated process in order to offer the important theoretical basis to preventive and therapeutic measures to the disease.
