The invention relates to coating material of nano-compound painting canvas, which is characterized in that the invention comprises components with the following weight proportion as macromolecule resin emulsion of film forming matter 5-25 parts, nanometer calcium carbonate pulp body 1-20 parts, white filling material 10-40 parts, coating auxiliary 1-10 parts and deflocculating agent namely water 2-10 parts, wherein the weight proportion of nanometer calcium carbonate in nanometer calcium carbonate pulp body is 48-52%. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the invention adopts nanometer calcium carbonate pulp body and macromolecule resin of film forming matter with high performance to the base-material of coating material, since the diameter of nanometer calcium carbonate pulp body is further less than that of normal film forming matter, therefore, when coating material is forming films, nanometer calcium carbonate is filled among the gaps of particles of film forming matter, and degree of compactness and oil permeation resistance of coating material are improved.
