Observation on clinical effect of Yiqihuoxue recipe on treating the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective To explore clinical effect of Yiqihuoxue recipe on treating the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 200 cases with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=120) were treated with Yiqihuoxue recipe,and the control group(n=80) were treated by routine therapy including hericium erinaceus extract,amoxicillin,metronidazole and omeprazole for 3 months.The score of clinical symptoms and integral change of mucosal color under endoscopy were observed before and after treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and clinical effect were compared.Results The scores of clinical symptoms and mucosal color under endoscopy after treatment were obviously decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups(P0.05).The score in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P0.05).The total effective rates of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and clinical comprehensive effect in treatment group(88.3%,86.7%) were superior to those in control group(67.5%,61.3%,P0.05).Conclusion Yiqihuoxue recipe can significantly improve the damaged gastric mucosa and clinical symptoms of CAG patients,is an effective drug for the treatment of CAG.
