Qian lie shu tong capsule ombined with α-blocker in the treatment of type III prostatitis curative effect observation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with α-blocker in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods From March 2016 to August 2017, 78 patients with chronic prostatitis of abnormal urination in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was given oral Qianlie Shutong capsule and α-blocker orally. The control group was given oral Qianlie Shutong capsule. NIH-CPSI score, cure rate, significant efficiency rate and efficient rate of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, NIH-CPSI score of control group and observation group improved than before treatment (P<0.05). Pain symptom score, urine symptom score, quality of life score and total score of observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Pain symptom score, urine symptom score, quality of life score and total score had differences between observation group and control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Chronic prostatitis is most persistent. Chronic prostatitis etiology is unknown. Chronic prostatitis symptoms are not the same. Comprehensive treatment can achieve the goal of " relieving clinical symptoms" and improve the quality of life of patients. Key words: Prostatitis; Adrenergic alpha-Antagonists; Capsules
