SSZ-13 molecular sieve and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses an SSZ-13 molecular sieve and a preparation method and application thereof. Bicyclo-[2,2,1]heptane-2-meethylene-N,N,N-trimethyl ammonium hydroxide is adopted as a cationic template agent, quadrivalent elements, trivalent elements, alkali metal elements, the template agent, hydroxide ions and water are mixed to be uniform on the basis that the ratio of quadrivalent elements to trivalent elements to alkali metal elements to the template agent to hydroxide ions to water is (20-60):1:(2-30):(0.02-24):(4-42):(100-1000), and crystallization roasting is performed to obtain the SSZ-13 molecular sieve. The SSZ-13 molecular sieve can be adopted as SSZ-13 molecular sieve seed crystals for preparing the SSZ-13 molecular sieve, can also be adopted as a catalyst for removing NOx in automobile exhaust, can also be adopted as a catalyst for the methanol to olefin (MTO) reaction process, and can also be adopted as an adsorbent for separating CO2 from methane gas. The brand new cationic template agent is adopted, and therefore N,N,N-trimethyl-1-amantadine(TMAA+) cations and benzyl trimethyl ammonium cations are prevented from being adopted as the template agent, and the cost is lowered; the template agent has the advantage that the structure is stable, and the synthesized SSZ-13 molecular sieve has the advantages of being high in crystallinity and good in repeatability.
