Clinical observation of consumers Xiaojian Paishi decoction on treatment of kidney stones

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of elimination Xiaojian Paishi decoction of treatment of kidney stones.Methods Eighty cases of kidney stone patients treated in our hospital from January 2009 to February 2011 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each of 40 patients,the control group received conventional western medicine treatment;the treatment group were given consumers Xiaojian Paishi decoction treatment based on the control group.Three weeks for a course of treatment,continuous treatment in both groups after two courses,evaluation of clinical efficacy were observed,β2-microglobulin(urinary β2-MG),serum β2 microglobulin(serum β2-MG),serum creatinine(Cr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) changes were observed before and after treatment of urinary.Results The markedly effective rate and total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group,(P 0.05);after treatment,the treatment group of β2-MG,serum β2-MG,Sur,and BUN were significantly lower than the control group,the statistical differences between the two groups were significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of consumers Xiaojian Paishi decoction for kidney stones is effective,it should be widely applied.
