The Clinical Analysis of 106 Patients Who Have Endobronchial Tuberculosis

Objective To analyze the relationship between pathologic type and efficacy of endobronchial tuberculosis(EBTB).Methods 106 patients confirmed of EBTB were analyzed combined with clinical manifestation,medical imaging,pathologic manifestation and treatment.Results Fiber stenosis type is one type of later period of EBTB,a result of misdiagnosis and mistreatment.Based on positive formal treatment,the efficacy was 18.2% under fiberoptic bronchoscope,18.2% under clinical manifestation and 27.3% under X-ray, while Non-fibrous stenosis was 82.1%、89.5% and 77.9%.Conclusion The curative effect of EBTB is great when treated with prompt and effective chemotherapy combined with nebulization therapy,while the curative effect isn't ideal in case of misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
