The Research Progress on the Erosion Corrosion of Two-Phase Fluid in Oil and Gas Pipe

The reasons, process, and dangerous consequences of two-phase flow erosion corrosion are analyzed. Then we introduced the research methods and the latest study progress of two-phase flow erosion corrosion. The influence laws of the velocity of flow, flow state, temperature, pH value, ion concentration, pipe structure, and material properties on the erosion corrosion are explained, and the future key research directions are prospected.
