The invention relates to a technique of a fertilizer for cultivating a cured tobacco, in particular to a fertilizer special for a multi-element tobacco and a preparation method thereof. The special fertilizer comprises the following components in portion by weight: 12.6 to 13.0 portions of urea, 9.8 to 10.2 portions of diamine phosphate, 39.8 to 40.2 portions of potassium sulfate, 18.0 to 22.0 portions of bone powder, 6.8 to 7.2 portions of humic acid, 1.8 to 2.2 portions of rare earth, 3.5 to 3.9 portions of medium element, and 0.8 to 1.2 portions of microelement. The fertilizer special for the multi-element tobacco uses the rear earth and the humic acid as main bodies, belongs to nutrient fertilizers, and can greatly improve the integral level of a tobacco field, improve the yield and the quality of crops, stimulate the growth of the crops, improve the disease resistance of the crops, prolong the release cycle of the fertilizer, reduce the fertilizer loss, improve the stress resistance of the crops, and provide a large amount of organic matters for soil to play a role of improving the soil.
