Controversy surrounds utilization of targeted temperature management (TTM) in comatose cardiac arrest (CA) survivors with a non-shockable rhythm. We conducted meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis (TSA) comparing a TTM versus No TTM approaches in patients with CA and a non-shockable rhythm.
