The invention discloses a double-layer hollow fiber mixed matrix membrane which takes an organic polymer enabling gas molecules to pass through as a mechanical supporting inner layer with the wall thickness of 40-250mum, takes a mixed matrix membrane as a selective separating outer layer with the wall thickness of 0.1-10mum, and is prepared with a coextrusion one-step molding after-baking method. A double-layer structural hollow fiber membrane as the mixed matrix membrane with the organic polymer mechanical supporting inner layer and the selective separating outer layer is designed innovatively in the invention. The double-layer hollow fiber mixed matrix membrane can be applied to separating oxygen gas and nitrogen gas from the air, separating acid gases (CO2 and H2S) and marsh gas from the natural gas, separating carbon dioxide and nitrogen gas from burnt gas, separating hydrogen gas, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide from water gas and separating hydrogen gas from purge gas from an ammonia synthesis loop and has a wide market application prospect.
