A case report of lung adenocarcinoma with polyserous effusions as the onset symptom

Rationale: Coexistence of lung adenocarcinoma and polyserous effusions is quite rare. This complexity of etiology adds difficulty to the diagnosis and is likely to cause misdiagnosis and maldiagnosis.
