Hole transport layers (HTLs) play important roles in perovskite solar cells (PSCs) for increasing the efficiency and stability of PSCs. Here, we have prepared Nickel oxide-Copper oxide (NiO-CuO) nanoparticles (NPs) thin films with spin coating and blade coating methods for HTL in PSCs. The film properties of spin coated and blade coated NiO-CuO films were investigated using atomic force microscopy (AFM), and its effect on device-performances were also examined using J-V characteristics, quantum-efficiency, and the Voc dependence of the light intensity. We achieved 15.28% efficiency with spin-coating and 11.18% efficiency with blade coating.
