There are various types of drug and compounds are challenging administrating by nasal route like as peptides, vaccines, hormones and proteins. The drug are administrating by many nasal delivery devices like as powder devices, liquid devices, semisolid devices etc. Nasal route is the effective and logical choice for delivery the drug for local diseases in the paranasal sinuses and nose. The nasal therapy also accepted in "Ayurvedic" system of Indian medicines. The advantages, disadvantages and ideal properties of nasal drug delivery system are discussed in this article.
