Research progress of human papillonmavirus peptide and protein-based vaccines

It is important to develop therapeutic human papillonmavirus(HPV) vaccines targeting E6 and E7 oncoproteins,for the control of existing HPV infection and associated malignancies.Many forms of therapeutic HPV vaccines have been tested in preclinical models and clinical trials.This article summarizes the latest studies of peptide-based vaccines as well as protein-based vaccines.
