Influence of EEG Simulated Stimulation Combined with Tong Qiao Hua Yu Tang on the Levels of Plasma Tissue Factor, D-dimer and Endothelin of the Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To observe the influence of EEG simulated stimulation combined with Tong Qiao Hua Yu Tang on the levels of endothelin(ET), D-dimer and plasma tissue factors of the patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: All 96 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups accepted conventional regimen, the control group took Tong Qiao Hua Yu Tang and the observation group received EEG simulated stimulation combined with Tong Qiao Hua Yu Tang. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group notably in the levels of ET, D-dimer and plasma tissue factors(P0.05); the observation group(87.50%) was higher than the control group(51.11%) evidently in total effective rate, the difference showed statistical meaning(P0.05). Conclusion: EEG simulated stimulation combined with Tong Qiao Hua Yu Tang are helpful to decrease the levels of ET, D-dimer and plasma tissue factors of the patients with ischemic stroke and improve therapeutic effects.
