STABILITY EVALUATION OF LANDSLIDE BODY IN JUNPA BAY

The stability of reservoir bank has been one of the most issues concerned by the constructors,especially the stability of bank in the front of dam.Junpawan landslide body is a side slope accumulated by loose material in the front of a dam,its' stability would affect the stability of slope after water filling.The paper studied the forming mechanism of landslide body,and employed 2 methods as finite element method and limit equilibrium method to evaluate stability.The result show the landslide body is a stable body.
