Related exploration on syndrome elements and dyslipidemia of hypertensive patients.

2009
Objective:To explore relationship between syndrome elements and dyslipidemia ofhypertensive patients. Methods:We adopted symptoms and signs of307 patients with primary hypertension, including low and middle danger group(122 cases) and high and super high danger group(185 cases), the syndrome elements were abstracted according to the scale about Diagnostic Citeria ofSyndrome Differentiation ofStroke and blood fat was measured simultaneously, then correlative analysis was done. Results:Fire and stagnant blood dominated in one single syndrome element ofhypertensive disease, and the combination ofphlegm and deficiency ofqi, fire and stagnant blood were common in the two groups above respectively in two syndrome elements;asthenic yin causing predominant yang and stagnant blood were positively correlated with total cholesterol and triglyeride respectively(P0.01 or P0.05) .Conclusion:Fire, stagnant blood, phlegm and deficiency ofqi were often involved in the syndrome elements ofhypertensive disease;the level ofasthenic yin causing predominant yang and stagnant blood may heighten total cholesterol and triglyeride.
