Atlas of Needle Electrode Examination (NEE)

The needle electrode examination (NEE) requires that electromyographers employ a bedside manner and skill set that minimize patient anxiety and discomfort, as well as maximize patient cooperation. With experience and the appropriate diligence, the NEE will model a successful combination of art and science in electrodiagnostic medicine.
