The effect of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate for chronic hepatitis B with fatty liver

Objective To investigate the effect of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)with fatty liver.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups including treatment group(42 cases)and control group(38 cases).The treatment group was treated with diisopropylamine dichloroacetate and diammonium glycyrrhizinate.The control group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate.Results The effect was significant differences between treatment group and control group after 8 weeks of treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Diisopropylamine dichloroacetate combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate could be effective on CHB with fatty liver.
