Study on Prevention and Control Technology of Gas and Coal Delay Outburst in Uncovering Coal Seam in Cross-cut

Based on the mechanism of gas and coal delay outburst and its influencing factors,the action of the influencing factors on the delay outburst in uncovering coal seam in cross-cut is expatiated.The whole process of the delay outburst is also detailed from the aspects of time and space.According to the distribution law of three zones in uncovering coal and the relation between the distribution law and delay outburst,the prevention and control technology is brought up,which firstly adopts gas drainage in the coal through drainage hole to release the outburst power by stages,and then intensifies the intensity of uncovering coal and increases the length of stress relaxation zone and stress concentration zone by using the liquid injecting and freezing to prevent the coal rheology.At last,the shoring measures to prevent roof falling is tabled.The results can offer theoretical and technological support for fast uncovering coal seam in cross-cut.
