Abstract The in vitro and in vivo antihypertensive activities of canola protein hydrolysates and ultrafiltration membrane fractions ( in vitro inhibition of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activity. However, pancreatin hydrolysate was the most effective (63.2%) in vitro renin inhibitor.
