The most common cause of coronary aneurysm (CAA) is atherosclerosis, which has been linked to 50% of CAAs diagnosed in adults. We describe av very rare case of three CAAs also involving the left main artery. An 88 year old male with medical history of NSTEMI (06/2019), abdominal aortic aneurysm
