REVERSE CARDIAC REMODELING IN HEART FAILURE AFTER CARDIAC RESYNCHRONIZATION THERAPY IS ASSOCIATED TO REDUCTION OF RHO KINASE ACTIVATION IN PERIPHERAL MONONUCLEAR BLOOD CELLS

Major challenges in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) are promotion of reverse cardiac remodeling and development of specific biomarkers. Activation of the Rho kinase (ROCK) signaling pathway in HFrEF patients is associated to myocardial remodeling and LV dysfunction. Besides,
