Analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Cyclophosphamide Combined with Glucocorticoids in the Treatment of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cyclophosphamide combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy. Methods 30 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy admitted to our hospital from May2008 to May 2013 were selected to analyze the treatment programs. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical effects and adverse reactions before and after therapy were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate increased significantly after therapy(0.0% vs. 90.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions decreased significantly after therapy(43.33% vs. 16.67%), and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusions Cyclophosphamide combined with glucocorticoids has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy, which is worthy of further promotion and clinical use.
