Application and Effects of Community Intervention in Diabetic Patients with Hypertension

Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical application effects of community intervention in diabetic patients with hypertension.Method:300 elderly diabetic patients with hypertension from March 2012 to June 2014 from 10 communities under our jurisdiction were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 150 cases each.Patients of the control group were given regular medication,while patients of the observation group were given community intervention.Clinical effects of the two groups of patients were observed.Result:Clinical results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in total effective rate and cognitive rate of diseases(P0.05); there were statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in treatment compliance,diet self-control,weight control,quit rate of smoke and drink,and regular examination,etc(P0.05); blood sugar of the observation group before and after intervention was better than that of the control group and the differences between the two groups were of statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:Community intervention in diabetic patients with hypertension can improve the clinical cure rate and quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion and application.
