Inorganic paint composition, article using the same and usages of the same

PURPOSE: A functional inorganic paint composition is provided to form a film with excellent water resistance, durability, antifouling property and flame retardancy and to enable a room temperature curing. CONSTITUTION: A functional inorganic paint composition comprises 100 parts by weight of silicate glass, 30-70 weight part of water, 1-6 parts by weight of inorganic phosphate, 1-3 parts by weight of aluminum salt, 2-5 parts by weight of boric acid and 1-3 parts by weight of dispersing agent. The silicate glass is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of sodium silicate, potassium silicate, ethyl silicate, and lithium silicate.
