Changes of urine trace protein level in cerebral infarction patients

Objective To explore the changes of urine trace protein level in cerebral infarction patients at recovery stage and to evaluate the clinical value of the changes.Methods With Array360specific protein apparatus,we measured the levels of urine microalbumin(MA),transferring(TRF),immunoglubulin G(IgG),α 1 microglobulin(α 1 -MG),β 2 microglobulin(β 2 -MG)in56cerebral infarction patients at the stage of re-covery.The results were compared with those of patients with stageⅠor stageⅡhypertension and the control group.Results The urine trace protein levels in cerebral infarction patients was higher than those in control group and hypertension group.The abnormal rate of urine trace proteinl was also higher than that of other two groups.Conclusion In cerebral infarction patients at recovery stage,the levels of urine trace protein increase.It may be resulted from the extensive damage of vessel endothelial cells.
