92 cases of acute fetal distress was the indication of cesarean section

Objective: To explore the determination of fetal distress,and to master surgical indications of cesarean section to reduce perinatal mortality and lower rate of cesarean section.Methods: 92 patients in our hospital with acute fetal distress,cesarean section because of the medical records of surgery were analyzed.Results: The number of diagnostic indicators of fetal distress than single diagnostic indicator of fetal distress related to the diagnosis of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia high percentage of factors.Fetal distress,umbilical cord,the main factors related factors,factors of amniotic fluid,placental factors,maternal factors.Conclusion: Fetal distress indicators should be taken more comprehensive diagnosis;factors for fetal distress,should be monitored closely,actively,improve fetal hypoxia,and can not be corrected,should be decisive cesarean section to reduce perinatal complications and mortality.
