Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor use in survivors of acute myocardial infarction

The present study found that a significant percentage of patients with myocardial infarction, who according to the results of large-scale clinical trials should benefit from ACE inhibitor therapy, did not receive such treatment at discharge.
