Assessment of urticaria using a self-reported diagnosis tool (SRUD): a multicenter validation study.

Mast cell-driven diseases, namely urticaria, are common in the general population and their complex pathophysiological mechanisms may complicate the treatment [1]. Unfortunately, access to dermatology services is not always feasible, especially in the Middle Eastern region, where there is a shortage of specialized physicians [2, 3]. Thus, the development of self-diagnostic tools may improve the quality of care globally.
