Pre- and post-operative nursing care for the patients receiving vaginal hysterectomy

Objective To explore the nursing Methods of perioperative vaginal hysterectomy.Methods From January 2008 to November 2009,retrospectively analyzed and summarized the nursing procedure of the 90 patients receiving vaginal hysterectomy.Results All the patients had recovered and left the hospital without complications.Conclusion Good psychological care for the patients receiving vaginal hysterectomy,adequate preoperative preparation,postoperative care,and health education can reduce postoperative complications; these play an very important part in the success of the operation.
