This article briefly explains the advantages and disadvantages of traditional control methods and the main reasons why they cannot be used directly in the field of robot force control. Then explained the basic principles of classic neural networks and deep reinforcement learning, sorted out the development process of various algorithms in the field of hybrid control methods based on them, conducted an in-depth analysis of the basic principles of these control algorithms, and compared them with applications in the field of robot force control.
